Finding a property, either independently or with a real estate agent. Make sure you look for a property within your budget, in good condition and a suitable neighbourhood. Rik can guide you in the process.

If you have found your dream property, it is time to make an offer for it. Not only the purchase price is mentioned in the offer, but also the resolutive conditions. If your offer has been accepted, you will sign the purchase agreement. 

As an independent advisor, Rik is eligable to apply at every bank in the Netherlands. Therefore, not only the lowest interest is guaranteed, but also the mortgage with the best conditions. 

At the notary you will be getting the keys of your new property. Now it is time to enjoy your new home!
